It aggregates critical data, such as live vehicle locations, fuel purchases, and maintenance alerts, into customizable cards that allow you to assess fleet performance in seconds.
Can the dashboard be customized?
Yes. By default, your account automatically displays the standard single-screen dashboard, but it is completely customizable. By selecting the Dashboard feature, you can add or remove specific data cards, drag and drop them into any configuration, and resize them to view more or less information. You can also switch between a standard company-wide view and your own personalized layout in just a few clicks.
Do I need special hardware?
No special hardware is required to use the dashboard itself, as it is a core feature of our web-based platform. For instance, you can populate your dashboard using our direct OEM integrations for factory-installed telematics. However, some cards, like Locate on Demand, require a connection to our trackers.
How often does the data update?
Razor Tracking delivers highly accurate, real-time visibility. For standard motorized units, our Premier Tracker will automatically update the vehicle's location every 10 to 15 seconds, so your dashboard always reflects up-to-the-minute operational data.
